Stride-based runners take a longer stride once they start to pick up speed, but their cadence remains mostly constant. Thanks to the dynamic foam in the midsole and the carbon fiber propulsion plate, runners wearing these shoes will be able to save more energy without losing their rhythm in the later stages of the race.
